K-Kids is the youngest and fastest growing service organization for elementary students worldwide. These clubs are for students in grades 1 through 5 (ages 6 to 12). K-Kids is a "student-led" community-service organization, which operates under school regulations and draws its members from the student body. K-Kids is unique because it's sponsored by a local Kiwanis club (Northlake Kiwanis), composed of leading business and professional people of the community.

Roy School had their final K-Kids meeting for the 2007-2008 school year. Students received awards for their involvement in various fundraising activities. The top individual fundraisers also received awards. Additionally, every member received membership certificates and K-Kid pins. Congratulations to all of our students who take an active role in the betterment of their community.
