Don't forget to check out our Roy Ofrenda outside the library when you come in for parent teacher conferences this week! Thanks to everyone who has sent in photos of their loved ones who've passed as we prepare to remember and celebrate them during Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead). It's not too late to send yours in!

Students in grades K-5 will be allowed to dress for Halloween classroom activities on Tuesday, October 31, 2023. All costumes must reflect good taste and modesty. Please follow these guidelines:
No blood or gore costumes will be acceptable
No masks or anything else that covers students’ faces
No makeup or hair coloring
No bare midriff or short outfits
No weapons of any kind or other sharp/dangerous objects
We want our students to enjoy their Halloween classroom activities. We realize Halloween is an exciting event for children, however, we must remember that we are in a school setting, and thus, costumes must be appropriate. Thank you for your support and partnership.
We will celebrate Halloween on Tuesday, October 31, 2023. This is an Early Release Day with a 12:00 p.m. dismissal. At 10:45 a.m., weather permitting, students and teachers will parade from the back of the building to the front of the building. If it rains or is too cold, the parade will be held in the big gym. Classrooms will have their activities and party shortly after the parade. Teachers will be providing more information regarding parent classroom volunteers.
If you have any questions, please contact the school office at 847-451-2700.
