Parents/families please check with your student to be sure they have headphones that are working. At this point in the year the pair from the fall may have been broken or misplaced. This is especially important for grade 3-5 taking the IAR test the beginning this week. Thanks!

No School Monday 3/6 in observance of Casimir Pulaski Day.
Parents- headphones are used frequently during school & an important part of testing. Please make sure your student has a working pair at school. Headphones will be especially important for our 3rd-5th graders who will be taking the IAR tests beginning next week. Thank you!

Our school's Kids Heart Challenge program is coming to an end soon! We are so proud of our students who have committed to take a heart healthy challenge this year and all the families who have learned about hands only CPR. If you haven't yet, there is still time to join and help your class win!

Once your student is registered, the next step is to start completing the steps of Finn's Mission, which can be found from their headquarters.
Finn's Mission has 8 different steps your family can take together to learn about hands-only CPR, how to spot the signs & symptoms of a stroke and help spread awareness about the American Heart Association's lifesaving mission!

Dear Mannheim School District 83 Families & Staff,
Due to inclement weather, all after-school activities are canceled for today, Thursday, Feb. 16, 2023.
Remember that Wednesday 2/15 is an early release day. Students will be dismissed at 12:00 pm (noon)
District 83 Mini-Mannheimers Open House is on Wednesday February 15, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the MECC. You can play while your grown-ups get information about how to promote your language development. Babies and Toddlers who attend will get a free toy and snack! Come celebrate the future students of D83!
