Hello Roy Families! The Roy PTA Meeting will be Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 5:15 p.m. in the Library Media Center. Parents and guardians attending the meeting should park in the teachers parking lot, enter door #7, and take the first stairwell up to the Library Media Center. We hope to see you there!

We're a little past the halfway point in the book, so we wanted to share our plans for the end of One School One Book celebration! We have 2 options. You can do one or both! Option 1: create an ocean themed project at home to celebrate Stella's love of ocean creatures. Send it in to school the week of May 13 to display at Roy. Option 2: Join us to "chalk the walk in front of Roy on May 22 (late start day) at 9:45-10:15 am. We will have chalk and donut holes (to symbolize the meatballs Stella's family loves to eat together). If you're coming on May 22 please RSVP so we can have enough treats and chalk. Thank you! You can support our PTA and order your supplies as a kit. Please visit shopttkits.com and enter the account number 65515 to access our Roy lists. From there you can select which grade level supply kits to order. Orders are due by June 5, 2024. Thank you!

We are excited to begin what will hopefully become an annual tradition… our vocabulary parade! More information will be coming, but here are some of the details to get you started…students will be preparing for the parade which is May 16th at 2:45pm!

Attention All Babies and Toddlers! Bring your family to celebrate the future of District 83 at our Mini Mannheimer Open House at Mannheim Middle School on Thursday, April 18, 2024. We will have play areas, parent information, a gift card raffle, and free toys and books for all babies and toddlers, ages birth to 3 years old, who attend!
