Just a reminder that tonight (August 23) is our Curriculum Night. This will be a great opportunity to meet your student's teacher and learn about the exciting learning that will go on this year.
Below is our schedule:
6:25 PM-Doors open (please enter Door #6 and park on the blacktop in the back of the school.)
6:30-6:45-Greeting and introduction from Principals in MPR
6:50-7:15- Session #1 for all K-5 Classrooms
7:15-7:25-Transition/Break
7:30-7:50-Session #2 for all K-5 Classrooms
7:50-8:00-Wrap up and exit the building
We kindly ask that children do not attend Curriculum Night if possible.

School starts this Wednesday, August 16th at 9am. Don't forget to drop off your school supplies on Tuesday, August 15th from 4-5:30pm in your new room, see you soon Spartans!

Congratulations to our top 3 Book Quest teams! They went to MMS to compete against the top 3 teams from Roy and Westdale. Team 1 tied for 3rd place in the district! Great job to all 3 of these teams :)
It is Luau Day at Scott School!
Today is Bubbles and Books Day! Spartans walked into school with bubble machines and their teachers blowing bubbles to celebrate.
Our 5th grade Spartans are preparing for the Career Fair for next Thursday!
Check out our 5th grade Spartans as they test out the new heart rate monitors in gym class with Mrs. Klema.
Student Council is selling Field Day shirts! Order forms went home yesterday and will be due this Friday, April 21. The shirts will be bright blue and have white writing. Both student and adult sizing are available and cost $10. You can pay with cash or checks made out to Scott School.
Shirts will be here JUST in time for Field Day and will be delivered to your child's classroom when they arrive and are organized. :)

Thank you for supporting reading at Scott School through our Book Fair. Your support earned us Scholastic Dollars. We are able to use that money towards birthday books, books for teachers to add to their classroom libraries, and books for the library.
You can still shop the fair online until Thursday, March 30 at https://www.scholastic.com/bf/scottspartans. We will continue to get rewards from the online book fair through then.
