The bookfair is here! Students can shop during the school day all week. Parents/families can shop tonight (Tuesday) and Thursday 4:30-8:00pm in the library media center (LMC). Please enter on Roy Ave by door 1 (office door). Happy reading!

The bookfair is here! Roy students can shop during school hours 10/25-10/28 and there are family shopping hours on 10/25 and 10/27 from 4:20-8:00 during parent teacher conferences. The bookfair is in the library. Please enter the building through the main doors near the office.

Morning Roy Families! Just an update regarding Halloween costumes. No inflatable costumes. They are to big, can block the view of students in the classroom, and the fan noise is distracting. Students riding the bus today will get picked up at their bus stops between 10:05 a.m. and 10:10 a.m. Thank you! Hi Roy Families! Don't forget, today, Wednesday, October 19, 2022 is Delayed Start at 10:30 a.m. Students can start entering the building at 10:15 a.m. Breakfast will not be served so please make sure students have breakfast before coming to school today. Also, temperatures are dropping each day now so please make sure all students wear a fall/winter jacket. Students will go outside for recess unless it's below 15 degrees with the windchill and or inclement weather. Thank you!! Picture retakes are Tuesday, October 18. If you’d like your student to retake their photo, or if they were absent on the original picture day, they can wear their picture day outfit and be photographed on 10/18.

Red Ribbon Week will be celebrated during the week of 10/17 with a spirit week! Students will be able to sign our Red Ribbon Week Banner to pledge that they will be healthy & drug free. On 10/20, Northlake Police will be passing out ribbons to students during arrival time.
