Mannheim School District 83's Bilingual Parent Advisory Committee (BPAC) is inviting all women in the community to an empowering Emotional Well-Being Workshop in English.
This special workshop, led by Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Erika Aguirre, will focus on building resilience, prioritizing emotional well-being, finding balance, and strengthening self-care.
The workshop will take place on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Roy School (533 N. Roy Avenue, Northlake, IL 60164). Snacks will be provided, and childcare is available!
